About the Author

Domenick Tiziano is a part-time landlord and blogger. He “accidentally” became a landlord in 2008 during the housing bubble when he couldn’t sell his home but had to move. After losing money every month, he became obsessed with turning this “investment” into a profitable rental property.

He learned how to find excellent tenants, make improvements to charge higher rents, cut costs, and deal with the day-to-day issues of managing a rental. Eventually, that property turned profitable and he expanded into more rental properties.

He started this blog in 2016 to help other landlords avoid the mistakes he made when he was first starting out. His landlording tips and insights have helped thousands and have been quoted in numerous real estate publications. Now he brings all of that knowledge into this book.
